2. What data we process and why

Visiting this website

When you open the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server logs: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and device type, and the page you came from. We need this to deliver the website, keep it secure and find faults. The provider keeps these logs only for a limited time.

Getting in touch

If you write or call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we process the details you give us: your name, contact details, the content of your message and what you tell us about your property or needs. We use them to answer you, prepare an offer and carry out our services. We keep them as long as needed for these purposes and for statutory retention periods (generally up to 10 years for business records).

This website has no contact form, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising tools.

3. Services we use

4. Browser storage, no tracking

We do not set cookies ourselves. To make the site work as you expect, it saves two small settings in your own browser: your light or dark display choice, and a note that the intro animation has already played during your visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

5. Disclosure and transfers abroad

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers named above and with authorities if the law requires it. Some providers are located or process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as an adequacy decision, the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and misuse.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, and for correction or deletion of it. You can also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, and, in some cases, ask to receive your data in a common format. To exercise these rights, email us. We may ask you to prove your identity first.

You may also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, edoeb.admin.ch. If you visit from the EU or EEA, you may also contact your local data protection authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
